This Lady spent the day in the big smoke of Sydney getting into the crowds at Darling Harbour at the "Mind, Body, Spirit"Festival - a slightly alternative NEW AGE medieval fair style cacophony of sound, smell and a crazy mix of people. Lots to see and experience from semi naked ladies laying on tables being massaged by men who seem to bedoing it with just a little too much enthusiasm, women making unusual sounds as they flick feathers over people's heads, therapists convincing people that they are so not right that thier products will make them totally rejuvented, crystals...lots of crystals...special teas, foods that taste totally disgusting ( but are good for you ) card readers, gong players, people offering free prayers, yoga instructors who try to convince me that can move my 53 year old body like they can move their 19 year old one and the list goes on.
Totally enchanting and refreshing to jaded senses.
The Lady is well pleased.
